Baccarando is the first map to have brought together all the Bàcari of Venice. If you have never heard of the Bàcari, then a Bàcaro is the traditonal local osteria in the city where you can enjoy a good glass of wine ('ombra' or 'shadow'in local dialect) with a 'cicheto', delicious snacks of meat and fish such as sardines saor, baccalà mantecato, meatballs and even nervetti salad.
