View from TusculumThe ancient Romans actually moved to Rome from an area known as Latium. They soon populated the famous hills and the rest is history as they say. Start your tour in the San Lorenzo district of Rome where the Via Tiburtina begins. It can be continued in conjunction with an extension into old Latium and back to Rome.
