Pork recipe with plum syrup

ingredients

1k pork, 300g plum syrup, olive oil, 2 cloves, garlic, salt and pepper, sage, fennel.

making it

Put into a cooking pot the oil, garlic, sage and fennel.

When the garlic is a light brown color, add the pork meat and brown the meat all over.

Add the plums in their syrup.

Cover the pot and cook for 1 hour or more. Add salt and pepper to taste.

When the dish has become cold, cut the meat into slices and cover it wth its sauce.
