Piedmont white chocolate cake recipe

The delighfully named 'white chocolate salami' is easy to make and equally delicious in winter or summer.

ingredients

digestive biscuits, 2 eggs, 150gr butter, 200gr sugar, 100gr white chocolate.

making it

In a bowl beat the egg with the sugar to create a stiff, foamy cream, then add the butter.

Melt the chocolate 'a bagnomaria' or in a glass bowl over hot water, then separate it into quarters.

Add each piece by piece to the whisked egg mixture.

Break up the biscuits into big crumbs and mix them well with the creamy mixture.

Form the mixture into a salami shape on grease proof paper and place in the freezer.
