Swordfish recipe from Calabria

This swordfish recipe is taken from a very old tourism brochure produced by the Regione Calabria.

ingredients

Swordfish slices, parsley, pepper, salt, oregano, capers.

making it

Spread six slices of swordfish with chopped parsley, pepper, salt, oregano and capers.

Sprinkle with olive oil and cook in a double boiler.

This is a preperation from Bagnara Calabria where dry white wine, well cooled, accompanies the fish.
