Mix the flour with the lard and the yolks of the eggs.
Add the sugar and the malvasia.
Work all the ingredients into a dough leave to rest for about an hour.
Create many small biscuit shape pieces and fry them in hot olive oil.
In a pan pour the mulled wine and boil.
Add the biscuits already fried, mix around to assume some of the liquid and then place each on a tray.
Finally decorate with sugar.
