Description
The BIT, or International Tourism Exchange to give it its full name, is the most important marketplace in Italy for tourism and 'one of the most leading event in the world', although some may disagree, and not without reason. It takes place in mid February every year in the new Fiera Milano Trade Halls in the Rho district. It is a wonderfully spacious setting and while it used to take a full 4 days to see the stands in the old exhibiiton halls in central Milan, a more than ample visit can now be done in a single day. Entrance is free.
