MIPEL is the International Leathergoods Market and more lovingly called The Bagshow! Milan, leather, bags, you can't go wrong! In fact, its so good it takes place twice a year with the first event held during the first week of March and the second over the 3rd weekend of September. Ever since 1962 MIPEL has been the most important international showcase for leather goods. Twice a year, in a prestigious setting - the city of Milan, one of the fashion capitals in the world - the best creations in leather, fabric and alternative materials, for all seasons of the year, are presented.
The 100th edition took place in 2011.
