The Hotel Villa Crespi Restaurant has two Michelin stars and is followed daily and in person by Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and his wife Cinzia. It offers a perfect combination of southern and northern Italian inspired flavours drawn from Antonino's journey from the Sorrento coast to Orta where Cinzia grew up. Antonino reveals more about his culinary imfluences and philosophy here. The restaurant is formed of three rooms and a veranda all connected by Moorish style doorways typical of the original design of the villa.

On the Menu

Look out for Piemonte meats, Neapolitan buffalo cheese, shrimps from Sanremo, Sicilian red mullets and local crayfish & annurca apples. Fruit and vegetables are strictly organic.

The wine cellars of Villa Crespi are situated underground and according to popular legend are connected by tunnels to the Island of San Giulio and the tower of Buccione which dominates Lake Orta, ideal conditions for keeping in perfect condition around 1000 labels both Italian and French as well as those from the major wine producing zones of the world.
