A linguine shrimp pasta seafood recipe from Monopoli, in the province of Bari, Puglia

linguine pasta, extra vergine olive oil, garlic, parsley, red shrimp, tomatoes cut in cubes, white wine and pumpkin flowers.

This dish is linguine pasta with pumpkin flowers and red shrimp of the Adriatic sea.

Cook quickly all these ingredients together but paying attention to the quantity of wine and olive oil as they cook in a frying pan.
