There is a take away pizza bar near our studio which serves up a chips pizza. We have suggested to the owner to add fish pieces in batter and call it a 'pizza inglese'. We'll let you know if our contribution to the new wave of Italian cooking takes off. This pizza potato is a classic recipe from Puglia, in southern Italy
