The Donna Vittoria Restaurant in Albano Laziale is part of the Hotel Miralago, a charming 3 star hotel overlooking the beautiful Lake Albano in the Roman Hills or Castelli Romani.
The restaurant can cater for weddings, business events and family occasions, as well as providing a genuine local seasonal menu based on typical dishes and recipes of the zone.
In summer the garden area is open for lunch and dinner overlooking the Lake, while the bar is a pleasant meeting point for an aperitif or glass of wine at any time.
The daily menu is à la carte and do take the opportunity to explore the gastronomic history of the Roman Hills.
Customized menus can, of course, be created for special events and banquets.

SEASONAL MENUS
Although the menu changes with the seasons, but change look out for the following:
PRIMI - local cured meats, chickpea or spelt soup with wild mushrooms, salted cod, ravioli filled with ricotta and saffron from Navelli and tagliolini with black truffle sauce from Norcia.
The Castelli is a territory rich with mushrooms and diverse types are always present on the menu.
SECONDI - lamb chops with fried artichokes, 'coda alla vaccinara', Roman tripe, 'porchetta', fish such as monk fish, tuna, anchovies, clams and lobster.
DOLCI - strawberries and wild berries from Nemi prepared by specialised pastry chefs to finish off your meal.
