Free cooking classes in Molise near Isernia as part of your vacation in central Italy
The rural Masseria Santa Lucia near Agnone, province of Isernia, Molise, is offering a full program of activities allowing guests staying of the accommodation to live a real experience of 'active farming'. (Validity: May, June, September and October when not in Full Season)

Join the owner, the Signora Emma, who will personally demonstrate in her own country kitchen the procedure for preparing and cooking ancient local dishes.
These are recipes handed down from her grandparents. Mrs Emma will personally guide her guests through the techniques of her home cooking to prepare ancient recipes of the traditional local cuisine that were passed on to her by her grandparents… tastes from the past!!
Among the most wanted: homemade bread, the real Neapolitan Pizza, fresh homemade pasta as fettuccine and sagn’ a taccune and various desserts. The dishes prepared during the class will be offered for dinner. You will be also offered a visit to one of the oldest cheese factory in Italy where you will be instructed on the procedures to make the local cheeses.

RATES: - 55€ in double bedroom - 60€ in apartment
Facilities: Families with kids: - up to 3 years of age: stay free if sleeping with parents in the same bed - 30€ if sleeping in extra beds Conditions: rates are per person per day in half board and include all services indicated. The cooking class lasts 2 hours.
A 20€ cooking class extra charge applies for those guests booking less than 3 nights. The visit to the cheese factory requires at least 4 people.
