You will start learning the secrets with these hands-on cooking lessons located in a family estate of rolling olive groves and vineyards with your hosts Peppe & Vera.
It is a wonderful setting and Peppe has been a chef for over 30 years and the recipes he prepares have been handed down from one generation to the next.
The recipes are no longer even used in the restaurants of Tropea and all the ingredients are sourced from the family farm.
You'll also notice a large portion of land dedicated to his chillie pepper production which plays a major role as you taste his home made Nduja.
