The traditional Le Marche cooking classes are designed for small groups and families.  The cooking lessons or courses are led by a local chef who will immerse you in a world of typically Italian flavours, but specific to the inland Marche region. The overall aim is to demonstrate to all participants how to embrace simple regional cooking techniques to try back home.

Each lesson lasts 3 to 4 hours and can even be held in your own holiday villa or home in Le Marche. The course will allow you to discover the genuine old flavours of the region and appreciate the typical aromas of the Marchigiani area.

Before the course you will accompany the chef to a local farm or family shop where you will purchase the ingredients needed for your lesson and also to get close to local daily life.

Each lesson costs 60 euros per person and includes:

  • Cooking class ( 2 local recipes )
  • Wine tasting
  • Lunch or dinner
  • Special gift
  • Final cleaning

Moreno Moretti

Hello from Le Marche! Growing up in a rural community I have always loved the beauty of the countryside and the rhythms of the seasons working with my father whose large orchard specialises in the production of old varieties of apple, such as the Rosa Sibillini. This ancient strain of small apple was on the edge of extinction but we have managed to save and commercialise it. As a result our small family business is now part of the Slow Food Movement. I invite you to experience my fantastic region, its food and traditions. Do browse this website and get in touch.
