CHEF COOKING CLASS BREAK IN TUSCANY

2 nights accommodation in double room (upgrade in junior suite if available) sparkling wine in room.

One “à la carte” candle light dinner for two at our charming restaurant “La Magnolia” (beverage not included)

Massimo Bartolucci Maître d’ Hotel of the “La Magnolia” restaurant of The Byron Hotel is also a sommelier and in 2008 won the award “ Viaggiatore Gourmet alias Altissimo Ceto” as best maître as recognition for his professionalism

Chef Andrea Mattei and his staff will take you through an unforgettable gastronomic experience: a 3 hours cookery lesson will be held in our kitchen (maximum 6 persons)

Despite being so young Andrea Mattei, is considered to be one of Tuscany’s emerging chefs and has won several awards such as” Identità Golose” and thanks to his work in “La Magnolia” was elected by Glossario as the best restaurant in a tourist area.

DATES

Rates for 2 nights: from 16th to 22nd April and from 8th to 31st Octobre 2011 €350,00 per person

from 27th April to 31st May 2011 and from 4th September to 7th October 2011 445,00 per person
