The hands on cooking classes with a local Mamma are held in an informal and friendly environment using the freshest of 0km ingredients and include sampling the extra virign olive oil and wine produced directly on the grounds.
You will be making: focaccia, fresh pasta, pizza, different kinds of bread, filled pasta, sauces, sea food recipes, vegetarian recipes, desserts.
A typical program day by day is structured as follows.
Wake up in a masseria eating fresh pastries or local crostata, then spend the morning hours with your local host exploring local villages, going to the beach and taking lunch in a local restaurant.
A hands on cooking class with the chef follows and dinner with wine. All lessons take place on site, typically in a spacious country kitchen.
Each day of the program will vary to include market days, wine cantina trips, olive orchards visits, artisan shops, local farms etc.
Evenings are free to have a meal in a local trattorie or stay in the masseria to relax with perhaps a good Negroamaro wine.

- Groups are typically between 6 and 12 participants, but 20 people can be catered for.
- Dates can be scheduled at your convenience with a two-day advance notice.
- For all the tours we will reserve for you minivan and driver.
