A wonderful proposal by Hotel Byron located in Forte dei Marmi to discover the small hamlet of Montecarlo di Lucca, as well as the wine makers in the zone between Lucchesia and Valdinievole. Enjoy a guided visitor of the Cantina Buonamico to see the processes of winemaking.

Arrival day: gourmet dinner at the “La Magnolia” restaurant with wines selected by Massimo Bartolucci Maitre d’Hotel. He is also a sommelier and in 2008 won the award “ Viaggiatore Gourmet alias Altissimo Ceto” as best maître as recognition for his professionalism

Second day: buffet breakfast or served in your room departure from the hotel with own vehicle drive to Montecarlo di Lucca, this cheerful little hill top hamlet. See the processes of winemaking, the harvest, the winemaking, the barrique rooms and the bottling. Afterwards there will is a wine and oil tasting and a lunch of typical local produce, cheese, cold cuts bruscette and, of course, wine from the Cantina Buonamico
