TROPEA COOKING CLASS
In Italy Tours' newest and most authentic cooking tour to date - a day to immerse yourself in acres of sprawling olive groves, flourishing vineyards and gardens in the rolling hills above Tropea.
You'll enter as a guest and leave as part of the family after a day of cooking and feasting on made-from-scratch Calabrese cuisine with our hosts and dear friends, Peppe and Vera.
Peppe, a noted chef with over 30 years of Calabrian culinary expertise, and his lovely wife Vera will teach you to make recipes handed down from generation to generation - all using ripe, organic vegetables and fruits, fresh seafood and farm raised meats including fresh ingredients produced straight from their farm.

EXCURSION TO THE TOWN OF CARIA
Local family and friends invite you to experience the once upon a time in Calabria as you join us for one of our most special day trips in Southern Italy.
Like a trip back in time, our 1-day tour through Caria offers a visit to an ancient castle once home to nobility, stunning views of the sparkling Tyrrhennian Sea and a homemade Calabrese meal with our friends Maria and Guiseppe on their rustic farm.
