It serves typical Mediterranean dishes with ingredients sourced at 0km zero and in collaboration with local farms for such delights as Murgia lamb, Podolic beef, burrata, canestrato and caciocavallo cheeses.

Le Palme can be found at the adjacent Masseria Torre Maizza and specialises in creative cuisine creating dishes from wild vegetables and fruits such as porcini and cardoncelli mushrooms, asparagus, myrtle, wood berries and even and snails.

The Coccaro Beach Club is an exclusive seafood restaurant, sushi and oyster bar.

From the nearby fishing village of Savelletri, the freshest fish of the day arrives such as scampi, violte shrimps, red tuna, snappers, monkfish and local spiny lobsters.

And not forgetting the poolside Cabana restaurant for light lunch menus.
