ORVM is the new bar and restaurant of the Westin Excelsior Hotel in Florence.

Modern and furnished with an elegant art deco style the ORVM is located on the ground floor of the hotel overlooking Ognissanti square with access from both the hotel Lobby and the Arno River side.

The lunch and dinner menus by Executive Chef Giuseppe Dalla Rosa propose dishes from Mediterranean gastronomic tradition, all made with fresh seasonal products and accompanied by the best choice of Italian and international wines.

The ingredients are simple and genuine and the cuisine of ORVM emphasizes the use of fresh aromatic herbs such as thyme, basil, rosemary, mint, sage and marjoram.
