The restaurant overlooks the wonderful private garden of the hotel where guests can sit outside in the warmer months in a peaceful green oasis. New Chef Paolo Croce comes from Mazzara del Vallo in Sicily and reveals his origins by choosing a cuisine inspired by regional traditions.
ON THE MENU
The classic products of the Mediterranean cooking are revisited for contemporary demands to reducing calorie levels and improve digestibility. The freshness and genuineness of the ingredients is guaranteed and expect to find on the menu such regional food delights as pasta from Gragnano, buffalo mozzarella from Campania and the exquisite white truffle from Piemonte.
The delicious Everyday Lunch is served daily as the name suggests, while Sunday Brunch is a rich buffet featuring a selection of gourmet dishes.
Turban of shrimps and salmon, buckwheat lasagnette with bitto cheese, green beans and potatoes, saddle of murat veal with Parma ham, foie gras and truffle and millefeuille with zabaglione and passion fruit.
