The Restaurant Sibilla is located in the heart of ancient Tivoli just 30 km from Rome and actually inside the park of Villa Gregoriana beside the ruins of the Temple of Vesta. If you are looking to dine in one of the oldest restaurants in the world with one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Italy, then the La Sibilla di Tivoli is for you.
It has been owned by the La Caita & Frittella families from the 1980's, but the structure was originally put up in 1720. Then and now, the Restaurant Sibilla has been known for its fine traditonal family cuisine at a fair price.
The delightful Donna Rosa restaurant is just over 4km from the heart of beautiful Positano. Since 1997 the family owners have have created a romantic, refined place to dine and eat well. The restaurant is divided into two rooms. One caters for non smokers while the other is a small but sunny terrace. Indoors there is room for 40 diners while 18 can sit outside in the warmer months of the year.
The are no hidden secrets to the fantastic cooking at the Donna Rosa as all dishes are prepared in the kitchen which is open for guests to see. Anyone at any moment can also ask for information about the dishes in preparation to then take away and try for themselves at home. During the summer guests can eat in the open air and take in a splendid view of the green hills above Positano.
Le Bistrot de Venise Venice is a central Venice restaurant serving traditional Venetian dishes based on the traditional 14th and 15th century local cuisine in the heart of the city near Saint Marks Square.
In fact, the menu has been compiled with the help of historical culinary consultant Marcello Brusegan, author of "The Venetian Cuisine" 1997 and all dishes are superbly prepared by Chef Ivano Frezza and his team.
Pierluigi Restaurant is located a few meters away from both Piazza Farnese and Piazza Campo de' Fiori in central Rome. Guests can choose from three separate dining rooms each on different levels or the outdoor terrace. Overall capacity is 25-30 people which, together with reserved parking, makes for an exclusive location for your family celebration or business event.
That's Amore Restaurant is located just a few yards from the famous Trevi Fountain in central Rome. It is run by Fabio Bongianni who is also the inspiration behind Fabiolous Cooking Day for anyone wanting to plan an Italian cooking lesson during a stay in Eternal City. The restaurant can seat 60 diners and is also able to accomodate group bookings with special tourist menù.
The full menu for private guests can be found on the dedicated website, but expect a selection of dishes from around the Italian regions, as well as pizza and calzoni. For example, the pasta list includes homemade fettuccine with black truffle sauce from Umbria, risotto with porcini mushrooms from Piemonte and lasagna with ragu sauce, tomato and mozzarella from Emilia Romagna.
The Ristorante Monumento is located by the old medieval borgo of Ostia Antica a short walk from the famous Roman port ruins. The restaurant is named from the memorial stone "Bread and Work" laid in 1904 near the original trattoria. The stone remembers those who lost their lives working on the "Agro Romano" land drainage project from the end of the 19th century.

The Osteria di Costanza e Roberto is a traditional family run Abruzzo restaurant in the centre of the beautiful town of Scanno, province of L'Aquila. The restaurant is widely recommended and features in many of Italy's most renowned culinary guides.
The cuisine is genuine and based on typical local products and dishes from the Scanno zone and wider Abruzzo region. The wines proposed are mainly regional and the owners are keen to promote labels from local farms offering a high quality and an interesting choice.

The restaurant of Il Baio Relais & Natural Spa near Spoleto is located through from the main reception in the main building of the structure owned by the Ceccaroni family. The original owner's house has been renovated with attention to every detail and this includes the impressive and spaciousdining area. It is opne all year round and closed Tuesdays.
The restaurant is located in the former stables of an old mansion and has been spectacularly renovated to create a stylish and chic setting for both the main dining hall, as well as Wine Bar, American Bar and Cigar List.
The menu by Chef Vincenzo Candiano is based on local tradition and you will be eating such delights as mackerel with tender courgette leaves and tomato “capuliatu”, carob ravioli stuffed with D.O.P. Ragusano cheese, lasagnette with plain cocoa and ricotta cheese, rabbit with bacon and Bronte pistachio.
