ON THE MENU
The menu is based on a profound respect for Umbria local culinary traditions and regional recipes. La Tavola dei Cavalieri is also an organic farm with the dishes mainly composed from food and vegetables grown on site.
The livestock reared on the estate are all allowed to roam free and the specialities of the house are salami, pasta, olive oil and cheese. Also don't leave without trying the artisan beer from the nearby Monastery of San Biagio.
