Masseria Alchimia is luxury boutique apartment accommodation near Brindisi along the Puglia coast. What was once an old 17th century mansion house located near the small town of Fasano is now a wonderful Mediterranean designer resort vacation property completely in 2007.

Discerning travellers will enjoy the secular olive trees which surround the property and the tranquil, private and regenerating environment for all who choose to stay there. In fact, the whole estate has been renovated to be eco- friendly. Solar energy, controlled water consumption and recycling facilities are all incorporated. the rooms.

The 10 self catering apartments all furnished with the creations of today's leading international designers. Couples can choose from 'Small', 'Medium' and 'Large' with external area and view of the garden.

'Romantica' has a wonderful view of the sea and a private terrace. 'Suite' is two rooms with panoramic terrace and two person external and private pool. 'Family' is another two room apartment which can sleep up to 5 guests. It includes 2 bathrooms and external area with view of the garden.

Each apartment has satellite TV satellite, safe box, private external area with cooking corner. Also available are mountain bike hire and a local beach convention.

Masseria Alchimia periodically hosts photography workshops and art exhibitions

Do request a cultural excursion or shopping tours to the historical centres of Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce and Cisternino.

Children are more than welcome and the residence has a small play area with swing and seesaw etc. Also take them to the WWF oasis of Torre Guaceto and on a Fasano zoo safari.

The Masseria Alchimia has been projected by Caroline Groszer who until very recently was the owner of the Trulli Country House in Cisternino.

The name Alchimia was chosen to symbolise the transformation of the original property with innovation, enthusiasm, creativity and energy, as well as preserving its tradition and history.

The property is 45 minutes from both Bari and Brindisi airports.
