SELF CATERING HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Chose to stay in seven elegant suites all offering views of the monuments, or alternatively there is the option of apartments on the second floor of the south facing side of the Palace. They are suitable for single travellers or families of up to 5 people.

Both are managed in the manner of a hotel by family of the Marquis Dalla Rosa Prati and with the comfort and privacy of luxury apartments accommodation.

Each suite (see video of Scipione Suite below) is different from the other, furnished with antiques evoking different eras, pastel-sponged walls, hardwood floors, large beds, and roomy bathrooms. Each has a small kitchen is air conditioned and comes with satellite TV, web access and safe box. Some suites can be opened to create larger family accommodation on request.

EVENT AND EXHIBITION ROOMS

Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati also houses modern and elegant exhibition spaces and convention halls called the TPalazzo rooms. There are 8 halls in total and can be adapted for any type of event of needs from simple meetings to conferences and temporary exhibitions. The main convention hall can seat 80 people.

All options are fully equipped with adjustable lighting, sound systems, Wi-Fi internet connection and CCTV etc. Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati also has an onsite coffee bar called The TCafè which can be hired for your event.

For golf lovers can find the nearest Golf Clubs are: La Rocca golf Club, Salsomaggiore Golf Club and Croara Golf Club

For guests Palazzo dalla Rosa Prati can organize on request food tours of Parma which include visits to the ham and cheese factories and Balsamic Vinegar factories (Aceto Balsamico) in Modena!

When in Parma visit the Duomo and the Renaissance building of S. Giovanni Evangelista Church, where you can admire the frescos of Correggio painter.

NEAR PARMA

Only about 30 km from Parma there is the famous Spa centre of Salsomaggiore terme and two other 'bagni termali': Tabiano (35 km far away) and Monticelli (only 5 km distant).

At the Foundation of Magnani Rocca, 17 km from Parma, you can visit the permanent museum with a superb collection of mastepieces, the century-old garden, and the temporary exhibitions.

This was our last stop of a 6 day trip to Italy and what a wonderful and relaxing stop it was. The Blue room in the front of the hotel was large and comfortable. We opened the windows to enjoy the sounds and views of the square and Duomo
