Villa Nuba is charming rental accommodation in Perugia for long or short term stays in Umbria.
It offers self catering apartment rental in two large and separate apartments only a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city via the ancient quarter of Monteluce.
Villa Nuba dates back to the 1400's and was originally a farmhouse built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia in central Umbria.
Still located in leafy countryside, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970's. The owners still live in the main villa to guarantee you a warm welcome and helpful stay in Umbria.
THE PERUGIA APARTMENTS
Both apartments are named after the most celebrated Umbrian painters of all time; 'Del Pinturicchio' and 'Del Perugino' are charming family accommodation, while 'Del Bonfigli' is a luxury apartment for two.
They are also decorated with modern frescoes depicting the artists' most famous works and furnished with antiques.
The first two can be set up to sleep from 2 to 6 guests and as well as an independent entrance, small library and living room with fireplace include a full list of facilities:

Do make special use of a new terrace swimming pool which comes with a hot shower. The pool has been adapted to contain only salt water as in the sea. Ask about the Pilates training.
The owners also make sure that the kitchens are supplied with all you need including a welcome pack of typical Umbria food and red wine.

Guests can take the opportunity of learning how to cook simple italian home made dishes with dedicated Umbria cookery classes in Perugia.
The owners will also be glad to accompany you to have a shopping tour in the delightful historical centre of Perugia and take you on a local wine and chocolate tour.
Dogs are welcome and have their own kennel.

The Perugino and Pinturicchio family apartments prices start as low as €30 per night for one person off season or from €210-1450 per week.
The Del Bonfigli luxury apartment for seven days is quoted on request.
