Villa Gaia is a delightful place to stop during a visit to the vineyards and wine territory of Asti and central Piemonte.
Villa Gaia is situated along the “Asti Greenways” routes which allows visitors to discover the rolling hills of this corner of Piemonte on two wheels.
Mountain bikes are at guests' disposal. Further excursions can be arranged with local guides to the wider Monferrato territory.
THE ROOMS
Guests have a choice of 6 rooms with one room also equipped for disabled visitors.
Each is named after flowers and “Ortensia”, “Fragolina” and “Grande Noce“ are located on the mansard floor, “Prunus”and “Oleandri”on the first floor and “Gelsomino” on the ground floor.

Each room has a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and all are non smoking, as well as being furnished in a fresh and simple style with satellite TV and refrigerator.
In a corner of the parkland there is also a solarium and swimming pool to relax in during the warmer months of the year.
YOUR STAY
The Villa Gaia organizes cultural events in its large hall for up to 50 people which is also suitable for training and business use.
Two riding schools are located nearby which will allow you to explore the surrounding countryside on horseback.

The zone of Monferrato does not lack a food and wine interest, to say the least, and Villa Gaia can help you book visits and escursions to local vineyards, wine farms and historical sites.
WINE TASTING AND COOKING CLASSES
Villa Gaia, in cooperation with local operators, is organizing wine tasting courses and dessert cookery lessons.
As well as making simple gourmet Italian homemade dolci or cakes, the courses feature piemontese bonet, apple tarts and custard creams with sponge or 'pan di spagna'.

You will also learn more about the Piemontesi wine with a professional sommelier.
If you prefer traditional breads, there are a few lessons dedicated to grissini and savoury pies and all courses are especially suitable for small groups.
