WINE TASTING AND COOKING CLASSES
Villa Gaia, in cooperation with local operators, is organizing wine tasting courses and dessert cookery lessons.
As well as making simple gourmet Italian homemade dolci or cakes, the courses feature piemontese bonet, apple tarts and custard creams with sponge or 'pan di spagna'.
You will also learn more about the Piemontesi wine with a professional sommelier.
If you prefer traditional breads, there are a few lessons dedicated to grissini and savoury pies and all courses are especially suitable for small groups.
