The Borgo is a working organic farm and cultivates its own crops, as well as rearing animals. Childen will enjoy getting to know the 'Vero Nero' pig, a cross between the Iberic and Nebrodi Black races; and the 'Subasio Grey', a mix of the famous Cinta Senese and a large white pigs.
Both children and adults love the educational farm and cooking classes, There are also workshops to learn the secrets of making bread, pasta, cheese and even artisan beer.
