The Westin Excelsior is an amazing hotel. We were in Florence celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and when we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and an upgraded room with a balcony facing the Arno. The room was spectacular, the beds have a special heavenly mattress made for the Westin's and they are fantastic
