Executive Chef Dario Parascandolo has elaborated this special Christmas menu to ensure you have a one-of-a-kind dining experience with beautiful Venetian lagoon as a backdrop. • Beetroot marinated amberjack with lobster tail, mango and salted meringue
• Gran Riserva risotto with broccoli rabe infusion, squid, capers and tuna bottarga
